Enjoy this six day private tour to Iceland with your own private guide. This trip showcases the highlights of Southern Iceland and is especially tailored for families with younger children. We make sure that every age group will have something each day to enjoy! Start by visiting the Blue Lagoon and witness some of Iceland’s most popular sites such as the South Coast, Reykjanes Peninsula and to top it all off, admire the Northern Lights dancing in the dark winter sky.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival via Blue Lagoon

When you arrive in Iceland at Keflavik Airport, your private driver will greet you at the arrival hall and take you to relax in the Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa. Afterwards your private driver will take you to your hotel.

Day 2

The South Shore

Today you will dive headfirst into the action as you set your sights on the captivating beauty of the Icelandic south shore. This journey will take you through the breathtaking landscapes and enchanting wonders that await along its coastline.

Day 3

The Lava Center, Local Farm Visit & Geothermal Swimming Pool

You will start the day by stopping at the Lava Center before going to a local farm to get familiar with the Icelandic farm life and enjoy a cup of coffee and Icelandic Pancakes and afterwards top the day for the kids by going swimming in a local geothermally heated swimming pool in the town of Hella where the children can have fun and you can relax after the day.

Day 4

The Golden Circle

Today you will embark on a journey along the Golden Circle route, unveiling some of Iceland's most popular destinations and captivating attractions. Get ready to travel this enchanting path as you discover the wonders that have captured the hearts of countless adventurers.

Day 5

Discover Reykjavik & The Northern Lights

Spend the whole day relaxing and discovering Reykjavik. Your hotel is located downtown near all the main shops and attractions. Therefore, it is very easy to wander around and explore at your own pace.

*We will keep the Northern Lights tour open during your stay and go out on the best night, that has the best chances of clear skies and activity. We leave the Northern Lights tour unpaid until we can confirm that we will be operating the tour for that night. You will get an update from us every day during your stay if we will be operating the tour that night or not.

If we are operating the tour you will get the chance to go at an extra cost that needs to be paid before the tour. We will be sending you an email before 5:00 PM every day, in case you can go on the tour we will be sending you a payment link to confirm your booking and the tour usually departs at 09:00 PM. Please note that we don’t offer a free retry and that The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sights can never be guaranteed, but our guides have a lot of experience and will try their best to spot the Northern Lights and go to the right location for that night.

Day 6

Departure

On the last day you will be picked up by a private driver and driven to the airport in time for your flight. *You have to be at Keflavik airport 2 hours before departure.
