Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Iceland

When you arrive in Iceland at Keflavik Airport, your private driver and Deluxe Iceland representative will greet you at the arrival hall and take you to Reykjavik to pick-up your rental car and go through your trip itinerary in detail with you at our office. After settling in you will have the rest of the day to explore this northernmost capital city of the world with its abundance of museums, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.

Day 2

The Golden Circle

Today you will embark on a journey along the Golden Circle route, unveiling some of Iceland's most popular destinations and captivating attractions. Get ready to travel this enchanting path as you discover the wonders that have captured the hearts of countless adventurers.

Day 3

The South Shore & The Glacier Lagoon

Today you will dive headfirst into the action as you set your sights on the captivating beauty of the Icelandic south shore. This journey will take you through the breathtaking landscapes and enchanting wonders that await along its coastline. Visit the small town of Vík before heading further east to the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon where you will enjoy everything the lagoon has to offer.

Day 4

The Eastfjords & Lake Myvatn

On this day you will start to drive towards the Eastfjords of Iceland. East Iceland is characterized by small villages, dramatic coastlines, narrow fjords, waterfalls and mountains. The nature is always close and the scenery is breathtaking. When continuing your drive in the distance located in the northern region of Iceland is Mývatn, a volcanic lake that invites you to immerse yourself in its beauty.

Day 5

Capital of the North & Reykholt

On this day you will start with visiting the amazing Goðafoss waterfall before heading to Akureyri where you will get to experience the capital of the North! Walk up to the beautiful and charming Church of Akureyri and admire the stunning view over the bay area.

After enjoying everything Akureyri has to offer, start your drive towards Reykholt where you will spend the night and make a stop at Glanni Waterfall on the way.

Day 6

Waterfalls, Hot Springs & Reykjavik

Today is your day to savor the wonders that the Borgarfjörður area has in store for you. Borgarfjörður region is known for being the setting for most of the Icelandic sagas. The landscape, nature, and culture reflect this heritage and bring history to life. Borgarfjörður offers many opportunities for those who want adventurous activities in a true natural paradise.

Day 7

Departure via Blue Lagoon

On your last day in Iceland head to relax at the Blue Lagoon before your departure. Where you will have premium access to the Blue Lagoon to soak in geothermal waters in one of the wonders of the world. Afterwards you will drop your rental car off at Keflavik Airport and check in for your flight.
