When you arrive in Iceland at Keflavik Airport your private driving guide will greet you at the arrival hall  and take you to Reykjavik to pick-up your rental car and go through your trip itinerary in detail with you at Deluxe Office. *Note that check-in is in the afternoon and early check-in cannot be guarenteed unless the night prior is booked.

On this day you will head to the Glacier Lagoon, also known as Jökulsárlón, where you will enjoy everything that the lagoon has to offer. The lagoon is a mesmerizing natural wonder showcasing Iceland's glaciers' breathtaking beauty where icebergs float on the calm lagoon, creating a surreal and ethereal atmosphere.

On this day you will start to drive towards the Eastfjords of Iceland. East Iceland is characterized by small villages, dramatic coastlines, narrow fjords, waterfalls and mountains. The nature is always close and the scenery is breathtaking.

On this day you will embark on a captivating journey through the unique natural wonders of Lake Mývatn and its intriguing lunar landscapes. Located in the northern region of Iceland, Mývatn is a volcanic lake that invites you to immerse yourself in its beauty.

Today you will visit Húsavík, where your adventure awaits. Nestled along the eastern shore of Shaky Bay, Húsavík proudly holds the prestigious title of being the Whale Capital of Iceland, inviting you to witness these majestic creatures up close. As you explore, imagine stepping back in time to the year 860, when a Swedish Viking laid the foundation for Iceland's first-ever house right here in Húsavík. On your way to Siglo Hotel you will also visit Akureyri the capital of the north of Iceland. 

* On your way from Mývatn to Akureyri you will go through a tunnel that requires toll fee. To pay for the trip visit www.tunnel.is - You can pay up to 24 hours before or max 24 hours after driving through the tunnel. 

In the morning you will head to Hofsos Pool. The swimming pool in Hofsós is one of the most beautiful swimming pools in Iceland. It was built on the hillside over the sea and the view from it is over the fjord and to Drangey island. On your way to Reykjavik, you will explore Skagafjordur in the North of Iceland. This captivating region is renowned for its majestic mountains, sparkling rivers, and rich equestrian heritage, making it a haven for nature lovers.

On the last day you will drive to the Blue Lagoon to relax in the geothermal waters before you drop your rental car off in at Keflavik Airport and check in for your flight. *You have to be at Keflavik airport 2 hours before departure.
